La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga North - Hixson

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was 10/10 each day they had different options so we weren’t stuck eating the same food. The only issue I had was the pool was not heated. Yes it is in indoor pool but it doesn’t see sunlight therefore the water was too cold for the kids to want to play. The rooms were nice and kept clean. A lot of food options near by for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Always a great place to get a quick get away from home for relaxation. Pool was warm and wonderful. Beds were clean n comfy. Love this place. N breakfast is always delicious .

Checkin was nice. Breakfast was abundant and OK. Room service was early and when asked if they would come back, they did not. Garbage piled up in the room. Housekeeping was very stingy with towels. Overall, ok.

Room was nice and clean. Had trouble with my key at first. They charge 150 deposit if you're within 50 miles. Still waiting to get it back.

Check-in was delightful and exceptionally courteous and efficient. I was recognized and thanked for being a Platinum member. The night shift staff were also courteous and friendly. I frequently stay at this location; as always, the 24 hour coffee station is well stocked and hot and a good quality brand - no bitterness. Hotel accommodates senior and disabled patrons.

Staff was very nice, the suite was nice, excellent breakfast. hotel is kind of hidden away off the main road, pay close attention to your navigation.

For a quick sightseeing trip with 6 people, the location, price to accommodate, and inside pool were of importance. Getting to the hotel is challenging, but the quiet and calm makes it worth this hidden gem. We had a two bedroom suite, which was more than enough room to be comfortable. The front desk person was informative on tourist destinations. The pool was unavailable the first day, out of caution, but was corrected by the next morning. Breakfast at this hotel was a treat! The variety and cooking excellence filled us to a late lunch. The woman who prepared breakfast is a sweet breeze of warmth first thing in the morning. We look forward to sharing our experience with others.

Stayed here a few nights, staff I interacted with were nice, they have a good breakfast setup too. Parking lot was packed full of boats the first couple days I was there so parking was a little difficult, but its free. They are located right by a ton of restaurants and stores so plenty to do in the area and its easy to get out to other areas from this spot too. Room wasn't bad, they give you lots of pillows. Bathroom and shower were nice, but the shower had no shelving, kind of awkward. But the only real complaint was that right when I was leaving to check out I found out that each nightstand had clothing in the bottom drawers. One had a pair of socks, and the other had a set of bra/panties, they all seemed to have been worn. Prior to that the room did seem clean to me, the bed seemed cleaned, and the bathroom was clean. But I don't think they are checking the drawers at all when cleaning rooms. I would stay here again, but I would check the drawers before settling in.
